The Impartial Master

And if you call upon Him as [your] Father Who judges each one impartially according to what he does, [then] you should conduct yourselves with true reverence throughout the time of your temporary residence [on the earth, whether long or short].
I Peter 1:17 (AMPC)

We are called to live our daily lives in reverence toward God.
This reverence also extends to our job and workplace, where we perform our duties before God.

Right now, you may be worried and disturbed about favouritism in your workplace.
Or you may be underpaid and not given the due compensation for your work.
Or your promotion may be delayed because of your superiors’ partiality.

Don’t give up on doing your best work each day.
God, who is an impartial judge, will appraise everybody’s work fairly and righteously.

You will surely be rewarded for your work very soon.
Hold on to your high standards and continue to glorify God at your workplace.

No good work escapes the eye of the heavenly Master and your reward is on its way.

Source of Promotion

For not from the east nor from the west nor from the south come promotion and lifting up.
But God is the Judge! He puts down one and lifts up another.
Psalms 75: 6,7 (AMPC)

At times you might feel suppressed & oppressed at your workplace for not being given the due promotion & salary for what you are worth.

Don’t lose heart.

It’s the God Almighty who lifts you up.
Keep working with all diligence and excellence as unto the Lord since it He who gave you this job and has kept you in this company.

Don’t look up to nor place your trust on any human being.
Don’t get involved in any gossip about your superiors or management.

God is the final judge of all things and He cares about every detail of your life, including your job.

Wait for Him and He will lift you up at the right time.

Lord God, who is your true north (your internal compass), will lift you up in the appointed time. Keep working for His glory.
